Desconcerto

Desconcerto opens with a group of musicians being surprised in front of a packed theatre and unleashing a whirlwind of melodies ranging from opera to pop, hip-hop and classics by Vivaldi, Beethoven and even Michael Jackson. In this dynamic show, 12 musicians chase their conductor around the stage, engaging in romance and making music with unusual objects such as bottles and typewriters. Breaking with convention, Desconcerto offers action-packed, gestural theatre where every movement tells a story and the music becomes the real protagonist.
